Meet Brandon Beasley: The Estimator Behind the Number
Brandon Beasley is the lead estimator of the True Roofers division, processing everything from insurance claims to retail jobs, commercial and residential. His road to Florida is its own story: born in West Virginia, years in Pennsylvania, and in 2021 he and his family, a father of three, liquidated everything they had built and came here to create new again. He has been with True since.
He describes the work as bringing his humbleness to families in desperate times, most often after hurricane damage, and he explains the company name as an acronym the team actually works by: Thankful, Reliable, United, and Excellent. Customers notice: "Brandon Beasley did a great estimate" is a line taken straight from our Google reviews.
What a real roofing estimate should include
An estimate is a promise in writing, and the difference between a professional one and a lowball becomes obvious once you know what to look for.
- Scope in plain language: tear-off, underlayment, flashing, ventilation, and the exact material and color
- A decking allowance: the per-sheet price for replacing rotten wood found at tear-off, agreed before it is found
- Permit, disposal, and cleanup included, not discovered later as extras
- Payment schedule tied to milestones, never full payment up front
- License and insurance information on the paperwork itself
- For insurance work: an estimate built to match the adjuster's scope line by line, so nothing falls in the gap
