Issac Turpin was born and raised in Polk County, Florida, the son of two pastors and a product of faith, grit, and deep Central Florida roots. With nearly 30 years in the construction and restoration industry, Issac built his career from the ground up, turning hands-on trade experience into a powerhouse of companies known for speed, integrity, and full-service execution.

True Roofers grew out of one question Issac and his childhood friend Mark asked each other years ago: why not do the whole thing ourselves? That whole-job mindset still runs the company today, alongside the rest of the True Corp family serving Central Florida: True Plumbers & AC, True Builders, and True Aluminum.

A father of four and a natural builder at heart, Issac is building a legacy: one that empowers others, sharpens leaders, and raises the standard across every job site and boardroom.
